Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $30. *Does not apply with oversized or heavy items.
Orders under $30 will ship by your selected method.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.
Discrete Packaging
Items are shipped in unmarked boxes with nothing to indicate the internal package contents.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact us so we can help open an inquiry with the carrier.
Returns
Please reach out to customer service to initiate a return or claim for refund.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please reach out and let us know ASAP if the address on the order is wrong as it may still be at our facility. If package has picked up, we would be unable to make any changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, please reach out for assistance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please reach out ASAP if you need to make changes or cancel. Once an order has begun processing, we may not be able to modify it. If the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we are unable to make any changes.
