When will my order be delivered?

Orders are typically shipped within one business day of order placement. From there, follow the estimated delivery times from your order's selected shipping method.

What is the return policy?

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Sometimes, damage can happen via shipment. Please let us know asap if your shipment arrives damaged. Please provide us pictures of the box and the damaged items and we will take care of you!

How will we package your order?

We quality inspect every item to ensure it meets our quality standards. We package all orders in plain brown packaging. There are no labels or stickers identifying the contents of the box. Environmental waste is something we are passionate about reducing. We utilize recycleable or decomposable materials such as paper to package your orders. Items are packaged so there is virtually zero movement internally.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Almost always the answer is no unless you request it yourself at checkout.
