Refund policy

If you are reading this, you are probably curious or looking to make a return. Customer Experience and Service is our #1 priority. We know nothing is perfect, which is why we offer a free, no-hassle return policy.

For all approved returns, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once the item is back to us, we will perform a full inspection and refund the original payment method used. Please note, a re-stocking fee may apply, see further down.

We may approve a return but not have you ship it back. We may just refund you based on the circumstance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Re-stocking fees

Sometimes, and this is based off the circumstance, we will need to apply a re-stocking fee. The below list is a general guideline but does not include every situation. Bong For You reserves the right to determine if a re-stocking fee applies to any return.

General Reasons why a Re-Stocking fee may apply:

  • Item is returned dirty/used
  • Item is returned after the 30 day limit
  • Item needs to be re-packaged or sold as open box
  • Item has diminished value
  • Item is obsolete/no longer sold at the store
  • Item requires cleaning
  • ... based on the circumstance, a re-stocking fee may apply for situations not listed.

Why would we deny a return or refund?

A return could be denied for a few reasons. It falls outside of the 30 day timeframe, item is returned in a condition not stated, item is returned damaged, etc. Based on the circumstance, we can deny a refund once/if item is returned.
